RIVERSIDE COUNTY SPAY/NEUTER FINANCIAL HELP There is no “on-going” voucher program to help pay for spay/neuter of personal pets within Riverside County. 

There are “affordable” spay/neuter clinics, and some financial-help programs, to lower out-of-pocket spay/neuter cost – including: 

CLINICS: 

Southwest Riverside County: 

1. Mary S. Roberts Spay/Neuter Clinic, Riverside, 951-977-8634 (fees on website) 

2. Moreno Valley Animal Shelter (ask about low-income spay/neuter application, or if any “special” voucher program for City of Moreno Valley), 951-413-3790 (no pledges accepted) 

San Jacinto, Banning: 

1. Animal Action League Mobile Clinic, Banning, 760-366-1100 (fees and schedule on website) 

2. Haven Pet Center Clinic, San Jacinto, 951-654-3110 (fees on website; no pledges accepted) formerly known as Ramona Humane Society Clinic. 

Coachella Valley:

San Bernardino County:

FINANCIAL HELP PROGRAMS: 

After scheduling spay/neuter appointment, and learning what the spay/neuter cost will be, lowerincome pet parent can request financial help from: 

ACTORS & OTHERS FOR ANIMALS: (not for Moreno Valley, not for Haven Pet Center), 818-755-6045, Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm, if get any recording, hang up and try again in 10 minutes until you reach a rep. 

Answer questions about vet clinic you are using, date of appointment, charge you were quoted, and let rep know know YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A VOUCHER BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROGRAM IN YOUR AREA.

PET ASSISTANCE FOUNDATION: (only for Animal Action League, Mary S. Roberts, and Ontario Spay & Neuter Clinic), call voicemail 877-772-9738, and when greeting begins, dial 1001 to leave your info. A volunteer will return your call. 

SENIORS: Pet Wellness Fund / Herdina Fund: 

For Pet Parent age 66 years plus, individual income under $1,700-$1,950 per month, personal pets only; call for application / info:
